There are many, many restaurants in Seattle.  During Tested Travel's visit, we mostly ate at business meetings (rubber chicken...) and did not have a chance to eat out often.   We had the great fortune of visiting Chinatown and eating at Fortune Garden -- by far the best meal we had in Seattle.

A tiny spot at the corner of South King and Maynard Ave, and down the street from the Pinball Museum, the meal was fresh, tasty, and authentic.  We ate basics--chicken fried rice--as well as exotic--amazing oyster dishes.  Everything was great!

Decked out in classic Chinese-American decor, this little spot is a must visit!
