After a fantastic visit to Edinburgh Castle, we wandered down a side alley toward Grassmarket-- a shopping and restaurant center of town.  After looking into a few spots, we landed at the Beehive Inn.  We are so glad we did.

The interior of the Beehive Inn pub can be described as "classic pub with a touch of class." With sturdy wooden tables and tufted, plush chairs, the Beehive is a great stop after a long visit to the Castle.  We sat by the window and watched Edinburgh's many visitors stroll by.

We had a fantastic, class Scottish meal -- craft beers and fish n'chips.  Yum!
