OK. Fact of the matter is that you can get fantastic fondu anywhere in Lausanne. Seriously, any mom-and-pop restaurant will serve you the best fondue you have ever eaten.
(FYI, locals only eat fondue in winter. But, most places serve it year round for the tourists.)
